Shrubs, also known as drinking vinegars, are an intriguing blend of fruit, sugar, and vinegar created during the colonial era to preserve fruit long after harvest. Sweet, Tangy, and delicious, our shrubs can be added to regular water, sparkling water, cocktails, soda, lemonade, or your favorite beverage. Not only can shrubs be used in numerous drink recipes, but have many non-traditional uses, such as salad dressings, and marinades. We use fresh fruits to create our line of artisanal shrubs. Our Shrubs come in three sizes 2oz (60ml), 3.38oz (100ml), and 8oz (250ml).
