Cold chilly nights, and wet rainy days reminds us that winter has come again. Though it is a sad end to the copious amounts of summer fruit, there is still fruit to be had. Citrus fruits have ripened to perfection and are ready to be made into some of our favorite winter products. This year, like years past, we have an excellent variety of winter wares, which will delight the pickiest of pallets.
To begin with we have our ever popular Orange Marmalade. With a nice sweet and tart flavor, and a perfect balance of orange peels, oranges, and sugar, this winter staple will be a welcoming addition to any pantry. Not only is our marmalade great on everyday toast, it makes an excellent glaze for meats and poultry, and adds a sweet tanginess to sauces and marinades.
Want something different, try our Orange Marmalade Chardonnay. We add Napa Valley Chardonnay to make this delightfully different.

The price is $6.95 for a 9oz jar.

Let us not forget the tart and tangy lemon. This versatile winter fruit makes some of the best marmalade you will ever eat. A bit tangier than our orange marmalade, our lemon marmalade will become your new winter favorite. Use it as you would our orange marmalade, on toast, in sauces, marinades, glazes, and dressing.
